I am a people person. Building effective, credible and trusted relationships is very important to me and I am passionate about working in partnership with businesses to achieve great outcomes.I have over 20 years HR generalist experience in both the public and private sector and have worked in New Zealand, England and Wales; over 16 of those years have been working at a senior HR level, leading HR teams in complex environments. I am experienced in both New Zealand and UK employment legislation, and skilled in strategic HR planning, change management, redeployment, redundancy, collective bargaining, disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance and absence management, strategic resourcing, recruitment, selection, psychometric assessment, remuneration methodologies, training and facilitation. I have a special interest in mentoring and coaching and am a qualified NLP Coaching Practitioner. I spent many years living in the UK and returned with my family to my hometown of Tauranga in 2014. I am excited to work with businesses whose values align with mine to create awesome places to work.
Megan has a Bachelor of Social Science (Double Major – Psychology and Education) and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).

I have 10 years of experience in a variety of roles, both here and in the UK. For me, HR is helping others to have positive work experiences, and businesses and individuals with their path to success. My skillset covers coaching, performance and disciplinary management, recruitment, contract generation, workshop facilitation, reward and recognition, and learning and development. I love learning and finding new inspiration to apply to my work. Outside of HR, I live in Auckland and am mum to my young family of three boys and I am also a qualified Personal Trainer and have completed a short course in Sports Massage.

I am truly passionate about working in partnership with great businesses, supporting them to create awesome places to work and unleashing their people’s potential. I have my best days at work when I can share my knowledge and and help others to grow. Having worked in various HR generalist and managerial positions over the past 15 years, I draw on a wide range of experience including employment relations, recruitment, HR strategy, performance management, reward and recognition, culture and engagement, leadership development, learning and development, psychometric assessment, coaching, training and facilitation. Initially from Whangaparaoa, north of Auckland, I moved to Mount Maunganui, Tauranga with my husband in 2014. Since then we have welcomed two sons, Jed and Mack. In my spare time I enjoy chasing the boys around on the beach, and health and fitness.
Morwenna has Bachelor of Business Studies (Human Resources Management and Marketing) and is a accredited LSI Coach.

Throughout my career I have taken great pride in delivering the highest level of service to clients both internal and external. For me, being a true business partner involves taking the time and effort to really understand my client’s business and the best way I can contribute to their success. With over 20 years’ experience across a number of different industries in both NZ and overseas, I have a broad range and depth of generalist HR skills. I particularly enjoy the Employment Relations space and have significant experience in managing complex and serious performance and misconduct issues, personal grievances, workplace investigations and collective agreement negotiations. My genuine desire to achieve win/win outcomes in difficult situations has enabled me to develop strong relationships with both company and union representatives alike. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children, preferably at Mount Maunganui beach which we are lucky enough to call home.
Tristan holds a conjoint Bachelor of Arts and Commerce (Psychology/Management Studies & Labour Relations) from Auckland University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology (Distinction) from Charles Sturt University in Australia.
